Our company does property management and we had an estate style home in Cedar Hill with a 6' custom built fence around the 1/2 acre lot. We took the home under management and apparently during a storm one of the heavy gates was caught in the wind and the hinges broke. After the resident called me and sent me pictures, I contacted 7 different companies and most did not answer or return calls, bu then I called Rosado Welding and I was impressed because a human answered the phone! I spoke to Sindy and explained the situation and she was very cooperative and understanding. She had a crew out there 2 days later and the job was done at about 1/2 of what I expected, and I had never done business with them before. There was no extra trip charge for going outside "designated area" I would recommend Rosado Welding to anyone needing a big or small job!
